I have always loved to bake and my passion was fueled by a fondant course I attended a number of years ago. The end result of that course was a dozen adorable shabby chic style cupcakes and the beginning of a love affair with cupcakes and fondant. That soon extended to larger cakes and I began making them for friends and family.
